In a Nutshell
The set is a temporary half-pub studio build with visible lighting, created for filming rather than real use. A permanent, functional Irish pub is planned for future productions. Participants toast despite acknowledging the artificial environment.

The conversation acknowledges the bar is a fake set rather than a real location. The production uses a studio environment with visible studio lights when the camera zooms out slightly. The set features only half an Irish pub, which is noted as unusual. There's discussion about a permanent pub being built that will actually function as a real pub, making the current setup temporary. The participants toast with "Cheers!" despite the artificial setting.
