The next level of consciousness allows certainty never experienced before. In this level, there is no fear of talking or disagreeing. But there are going to be contradictions when the operating principle is this or that, good or bad, right or wrong.
In a different level of consciousness, contradictions would not be seen as contradictions at all. Instead, you would see it as complementary because God is providing all this, and by seeing consequences, the brain can say we are not going to go there. That is how the brain has learned everything so that you stay in center with God.
Blues are very certain. Blues are not afraid. They will go to war with other people. They will kill people over the name of God. That is how certain they are. Certainty is not evidence of spiritual evolution. It is the ego hanging on for dear life. Ego is fear.

When you arm yourself and protect yourself with certainty of this is how it is, that wall that protects you is the one that is imprisoning you. It feels good right now but it will not eventually. All colors are valuable. The goal is to have a position of choice so you will have a much better life.
The ability to move between levels gives more than protection. It gives freedom. Being locked into certainty shows total weakness inside. It shows fear. There is nothing wrong with having fear and weakness, but the cure for weakness is pushing through the pain of uncertainty and being open to something else instead of being so locked into what makes you feel good.
Blue is awesome to use in business and technology. Elon Musk is using blue every single day with the scientific method. That is why he was able to figure out how to buy Twitter.

People get stuck in orange where everything has to be tested and proved. Compete to know. If you do better than someone else then that is the right one. But you can do better than someone else and it might be the right one for the moment but not sustainable.
People might get stuck in green where we are all equals. Then nothing gets done because we are not all equals. You are superior to me in some ways. I am going to be superior to you in some ways. That is a fact because you have lived a different life than I have.
When you do with your levels of consciousness, do not look at someone that way. Look at them as a brother who is going through the same steps just in a different way, at a different time, in a different phase.
