Grew up in Palisades, went to Crossroads High School, never met a Republican—all family and friends Democrats. Supporters are Democrats. This isn't the Democrat party running LA; it's socialism, communism, cartel, mafia. Posted Bill Clinton's 1996 Democratic party commandments—matches Spencer's platform. Democrats want to feel safe.
Pretending compassion hides siphoned money—organized crime. People say nothing can be done, but living on sidewalks is illegal (Democrat law). Spencer is Democrat law enforcer.
