Most egregiously, Andy Beshear and his father, as law partners, represented Purdue Pharma against Kentucky in OxyContin litigation, drawing paychecks from client bills. Kentucky should have received $1 billion but got $24 million due to their firm's malpractice. Public record shows 17 million documents destroyed, case sealed, and their firm cured malpractice, securing the $24 million settlement days after Andy became attorney general.
The speaker, a lifelong Republican (family since Civil War), offers support to any national Democrat to block Beshear from the White House. Beshear cites the golden rule and Good Samaritan, wearing Sunday school and deacon affiliations, but should reference Judas and 30 pieces of silver.
